In Louisville, Southern warmth meets creative grit — a city where bourbon barrels and bluegrass blend with innovation, artistry, and undeniable soul. It’s a place that feels at once storied and surprising — where the hum of horse hooves at Churchill Downs meets the buzz of new culinary concepts opening across town. As the leading local Louisville DMC, Hosts Louisville blends Southern hospitality with world-class event expertise. The Hosts Louisville team embodies that same spirit — confident, connected, and endlessly inspired by the people and places that make the Derby City shine.
Why Louisville?
Louisville captures the best of both worlds: approachable and authentic, yet effortlessly world-class. Its central location and robust hospitality infrastructure make it a natural hub for meetings and events, while its character — defined by bourbon heritage, equestrian culture, and a thriving arts scene — infuses every experience with local flavor. Attendees can start the day in a sleek downtown meeting space and end it sipping a craft cocktail along Whiskey Row, or wandering through the vibrant streets of NuLu, where creativity and community pulse through every mural and maker’s storefront. For planners seeking a destination with both heart and high style, our Louisville DMC delivers in spades.

Anna-Marie Frazier
Director of Sales and Weaver of Louisville Dreams
Creative | Mentor | Fun-Loving
After 22 years in the hospitality world — 20 of them spent in the heartbeat of Louisville’s hotel scene — I can confidently say this city has woven itself into every fiber of who I am. For the past two years with Hosts, I’ve had the joy of crafting experiences that celebrate Louisville’s deep traditions while surprising guests with its unexpected flair.
I’m Italian and Irish, which probably explains why my work and my life both revolve around connection — sharing stories, great food, and a glass (or two) of something delicious. I thrive on creativity and love mentoring others to find their rhythm in this ever-evolving industry. Whether I’m designing event concepts or tablescapes at home, I bring the same passion for beauty, community, and a touch of flair.
Music is my constant soundtrack — from a little live blues downtown to classic soul in my kitchen while I cook for family and friends. And when I’m not planning events or experimenting with new recipes, I’m likely dreaming up interior design projects or hosting impromptu gatherings that turn into unforgettable nights.
Louisville isn’t just my hometown — it’s home to my heart. I love how this city balances tradition and innovation, how every venue and neighborhood has a story to tell. Right now, I’m especially excited about the fresh energy at Hotel Bourré Bonne, the craft-forward vibe of Whiskey Thief NuLu, and the elevated thrills of the Sports Illustrated Club at Churchill Downs. Each spot captures that signature Louisville spirit — a blend of sophistication, warmth, and a little bit of bourbon magic.
Ask me sometime about the most creative Derby event I’ve ever pulled off — it’s a story that still makes me smile.

Regional Director of Operations, North Central
Easy-going vibe | Operations mastermind | Music-loving foodie
After 13 years in the events industry—and more than three of them with Hosts—I’ve learned to expect the unexpected, and honestly, that’s my sweet spot. I thrive on puzzles, logistics, and the kind of challenges that make others reach for the coffee. As a Regional Director of Operations, I bring that same calm-meets-creative energy to every program, keeping things running smoothly while making sure our teams and clients feel completely at ease.
My journey with Hosts began in Nashville, where I spent 12 years before helping open both the Nashville and Louisville offices—simultaneously! That adventure will forever be one of my proudest moments. These days, Louisville has fully captured my heart. There’s a warmth and authenticity here that’s hard to describe until you’ve felt it yourself.
When I’m not orchestrating events, you’ll probably find me exploring the city’s incredible food scene (ask me about Noah’s Kitchen—it’s upscale-casual dining with a mission I can stand behind), catching a show under the stars at Iroquois Amphitheater, or strumming a few tunes on my guitar. At home, life revolves around my wife and our two rescue pups, Reese and Rudy, who keep things equal parts lively and loving.
What I love most about Louisville? It’s that rare mix of Southern charm, creative spirit, and community pride—you can feel it in every neighborhood, every local bite, every warm welcome from the people who make it special.

VP of Sales, North Central Region
Driven | Loyal | Lighthearted
With 12 years in the events industry and six dynamic years at Hosts Global, I bring a blend of grit, grace, and good humor to every partnership. I thrive on building deep client relationships, leading with thoughtfulness, and sprinkling a little laughter into even the busiest days (Leo energy in full effect). Whether I’m crafting a strategy or sealing a deal, I approach every opportunity with heart and hustle.
Though my roots run deep in Chicago, I’ve found myself drawn to Louisville’s magnetic blend of Southern soul and modern creativity. This city surprises me constantly—from discovering the Myriad Hotel, a stunning boutique space housed in a former disco ball factory (how cool is that?), to unwinding at Puttshack for a round of high-tech mini golf and cocktails. Louisville has that perfect mix of charm and edge—it feels both fresh and familiar, like an old friend with a new story to tell.
When I’m not connecting with clients or cheering on our Hosts team, you’ll probably find me sneaking in a round of golf, chasing down my next favorite restaurant, or soaking up time with my little ones.
Ask me about my favorite Louisville hidden gem—or how I plan to celebrate that elusive first hole in one when it finally happens!
Tracy Gleason
Regional General Manager
Connector | Vision-Driver | Derby Dreamer
After 25 years in the industry and seven with Hosts, I’ve learned that the best outcomes come from teams that think critically, deliver with heart, and laugh through the chaos. As Regional GM, I set the vision, sharpen performance, and help navigate the messy middle—always reminding my team (and myself) that this work is supposed to be fun.
Louisville has a spirit all its own—bold, welcoming, and just the right amount of unexpected. I love a long evening at Repeal steakhouse, a plate of smoky perfection from Feast BBQ, and any excuse to plan an event at Hermitage Farm—where every detail feels like a love letter to Kentucky. And if you want a good story, ask me how I got an executive team to race on the Churchill Downs paddock. Let’s just say there were no horses involved, but plenty of competitive energy.
I’ve called Chicago home for 22 years, but Louisville fuels a different side of my creativity. It’s a city that celebrates hospitality as an art form, and I’m lucky to collaborate with some of the sharpest, kindest, most wildly funny people in the business. Together, we balance big ideas with real camaraderie—because when you love the people you work with, the magic follows naturally.
When I’m not leading the charge, I’m with my husband, three kids, and our two enormous Newfoundlands—preferably near Lake Michigan, a good meal, or a dirty martini with extra blue cheese olives.
Ask me about Derby traditions, the perfect bourbon pairing, or how to turn strategy into something people can actually feel.
