Job Summary

Interested in leading creative solutions for the largest destination management consortium in the hospitality industry? Our new Associate Creative Director will drive the development and implementation of creative solutions for our clients and our brand. Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to translate client input into concepts, themes, messages, experiences and tactics
  • Lead brainstorming, development and design solutions for high-value client proposals, including meetings, presentations, communications pieces and pitches
  • Research and understand clients, audiences and industries pertinent to Hosts Global
  • Gain top-line understanding of production costs and resources required for execution
  • Work with sales and marketing to develop and create capabilities presentations for prospective clients
  • Drive and execute creative for global marketing initiatives to elevate the creative approach, design and delivery of Hosts branded assets including websites and marketing materials, increase brand awareness and support sales strategy for various markets and audiences worldwide
  • Direct the efforts of creative colleagues; designers, writers, associates, et al in the development and execution of creative deliverables
  • Produce creative including graphic design materials for various projects
  • Copywriting and editing materials for internal and external (client-facing) documents
  • Responsible for deadlines – yours and those on project teams
  • Maintaining a pulse on the latest special events, communications and technology trends, pop culture and current/relevant global media happenings
  • Support the development of Hosts’ creative process, environment and new creative resources


Requirements  

  • Experience as a lead creative, art manager or senior graphic designer
  • Understanding of communications strategy, digital media, marketing campaigns and video
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and/or destination management industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud apps – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Confident communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
