Meeting or event experience you’ll never forget: Watching as the wedding I was setting up was taken over by a windstorm at a rooftop pool on the strip. The linen rack blew over into the water, flatware was flying off tables, and a 16’ hedge wall went crashing to ground. The whole event was moved inside, and the “icing on top of the cake” was the cake falling off the pedestal it was on. The bride and groom were thankfully able to laugh about the experience and still have a wonderful night.
The one Las Vegas secret I’m willing to share… Mas Por Favor (one of the best tacos spots in Vegas), has a hidden vintage hip Mexican speakeasy. It is reservation only, but worth checking out this hidden gem.
Born and raised in Santa Clarita, CA, Carly has had a passion for events since planning her Jr. High School dances. Carly is a proud UNLV alumni who majored in Meetings and Events Management.
