Hiring part time positions in the following locations – Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Louisville, Nashville, New Orleans, San Antonio, San Diego, Seattle and Washington DC.


Hosts Global is seeking Event Assistants to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a part-time hourly position, flexible to your schedule. Event Assistants support Hosts Global Staff at events and conferences in various capacities including:

1. Transportation Coordinators
Assist with dispatch, staging, and transfers as directed for transportation-like events including airport meet & greets.
*Perfect for the individual who thrives in logistics, has a hospitality mindset, and is familiar with area hotels and Airport.

2. Event Coordinators
Assist with load in, execution, and load out as directed for event elements like décor, entertainment, and/or catering.
*Perfect for the individual who is detail oriented, likes working on their feet, and is not afraid to take charge and problem solve.

3. Tour Guides
Provide custom guided tour experiences as directed including for bus/ motor coach tours around the city, concierge desk support, and/or golf tours.
*Perfect for the individual who knows the city’s history, loves storytelling, and is not afraid of public speaking.

4. Onsite Support Staff
Provide various support at events including check-in at registration desks, wayfinding with directional signage, and other customized roles as it relates to event needs.
*Perfect for the individual who thrives at all things customer service including assisting guests and answering questions.

  • Ability to follow direction and complete tasks assigned to ensure events run smoothly
