Leisure

  • Freetown Christiana. This squatters’ commune, ruled by its own laws, was closed in 2011 by those that lived there, but is now open again. Check out its eerie murals and learn about its odd history. Biking over bridge with flags on Christiania. It is a freetown area in the neighborhood Christianshavn.
  • Visit Ronne on the island of Bornholm – The old town with half-timbered houses, cobbled roads and the church is within walking distance just south of the pedestrian street and the center of Ronne. Here you can dream back to old times, when you walk through the beautiful streets with the well-preserved houses.
  • Stroll around The King’s Garden at Rosenborgs castle.
