Tracy Gleason has spent 20 years creating the strategic vision, design and production for high-end, complex corporate events. Prior to joining Hosts Chicago, Tracy served alongside corporate clients to develop and execute programs such as pharmaceutical roundtables, milestone corporate celebrations, and all launch events associated with the opening of the new home of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Tracy’s process-driven approach drives her to ask the right questions to ensure clients identify the desired outcomes of an event, and stay focused on achieving those objectives. Prior to consulting, Tracy spent 9 years at a prominent Chicago-based event design and production firm, leading the sales team, developing company-wide best practices, and partnering with her team to concept and execute more than 100 corporate events annually. In her 9 years, nearly 95% of her business was repeat or referral.
