Airports

Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is the best-connected airport in Europe and ranks fifth globally, with direct flights to nearly 300 destinations. This extensive connectivity is due to Schiphol’s hub function, which efficiently gathers passengers from various locations. Additionally, smaller airports like Rotterdam/The Hague, Eindhoven, and Maastricht Aachen provide good connections within Europe. The Netherlands is also well-connected to major cities across Western Europe by train.
