My favorite events always include golf! Whether it’s a charity event, scramble, Bingo Bango Bongo (it’s real, I swear), or a no-holds-barred luxury PGA spectator experience, my favorite events are on the golf course.
The one Chicago secret I’m willing to share…
Chicago is a modern-day beauty, but there’s nothing I love more than revisiting its storied history. Check out the Driehaus Museum for a look into a Gilded Age mansion, take in an indie flick at the Music Box Theatre (opened in 1929!), and then head over to The Green Mill for some Chicago jazz and a peek at Al Capone’s favorite booth.
Ali lives just outside Chicago with her husband and 4 kids. She’s worked in the event industry for the past decade, after receiving her degree in Art History from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She also holds a project management certification through Cornell University Ali has worked extensively in museums and other cultural institutions, and delivered the keynote speech at 2022 ICOM’s Ziva Awards in Serbia. She is on the Historic Preservation and Design Review board for her local government and hosts an art history podcast with her best friend. She loves to golf but sadly, can’t seem to get any better at it.
