Meeting or event experience you’ll never forget:
I will never forget being at the 2018 ASAE Annual Meeting in Chicago and the opening reception was outside at the Wintrust Arena with over 5000 of my closest friends. They had an aerial dance troupe performing on the facade of this humoungous building, soaring through the air with a masterful performance. That’s when I knew there was no such thing as “too big of an idea”!
The one (or two) Louisville secret(s) I’m willing to share…
Louisville is famed for horses, bourbon, bats and the home of “The Greatest of All Time”, Muhammad Ali. But I bet you didn’t know that the song “Happy Birthday” was written by two Louisville sisters that were kindergarten teachers, Patty & Mildred Hill. To compliment that little tidbit, we also produce over 90% of the world’s disco balls…let’s celebrate!
Anna-Marie brings more than 20 years in the hospitality industry with a majority of her career in hotel catering and large group sales. She understands the hard work it takes to execute a program from all facets of the event from winning the business to the cleanup crews.
