- Meeting or event experience you’ll never forget: A second line through the streets of downtown New Orleans will have me smiling ear to ear and give me chills every single time! Though I’ve walked in many, seeing the excitement, joy, and surprise of everyone experiencing it for the first time is so special.
- The one New Orleans secret I’m willing to share: Grab a frozen Irish coffee from The Holy Ground in MidCity and stroll through the Sculpture Garden in City Park. It’s my favorite place in the city and it’s free!
Born and raised in the hospitality industry, Baily moved every few years growing up as her dad climbed up the hotel ladder. Her family landed in New Orleans when she was 18 and put down roots. She started in the industry as a front desk agent at a luxury hotel and moved on to gain experience in sales, operations and high-end decor. With a well-rounded understanding of what makes a great event, Baily loves checking off a to-do list of all the technical, behind-the-scenes aspects that help bring everything together.
Outside of work Baily spends time on creative hobbies making earrings and rugs, and enjoys her two boston terriers, friends & family.
