Meeting or event experience you’ll never forget: When proposing over the top entertainment for a technology conference’s closing party, I suggested New Orleans bounce legend, Big Freedia. She brought fun, exciting, one-of-a-kind entertainment to 18,000 guests. They loved it – and so did I!
The one New Orleans secret I’m willing to share… We’re known for Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, but there is so much to the Greater New Orleans area. Next time you’re in town, I highly recommend making your way “down da road” for fresh seafood, fascinating history, and the friendliest neighbors East of NOLA.
Catherine (Cat) Damaré has been in the hospitality industry for seven years. A small-town, Texas native, Cat fell in love with New Orleans while studying Business Administration and Digital Design. She has worked in the many facets of the hospitality industry, including sales, operations, cocktail expert, and most recently, video production. Cat joined the Hosts Global team as Senior Creative Services Manager, where she creates out-of-the-box proposals for clients, including unique designs, extravagant décor and legendary entertainment – live, hybrid or virtual. With her “can-do” attitude, Cat believes you can make anything happen with a little E6000 glue and a whole lot of coffee.
