Elaine Flint serves as Vice President of Business Intelligence for Hosts Global, bringing more than 15 years of hospitality and destination management experience to the organization.

Elaine began her career in the hospitality industry working for several of the premier casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip, where she spent nearly a decade in VIP and Villa Services. In these highly specialized roles, she managed luxury experiences for some of Las Vegas’ most discerning guests, developing a deep understanding of service excellence, operational precision, and client expectations.

Driven by her passion for hospitality and extensive knowledge of the destination, Elaine transitioned into the world of destination management, where she quickly discovered her passion for the industry. Beginning as an Account Coordinator, she gained experience across multiple facets of operations and client services, building a strong foundation in program management, logistics, and organizational strategy.

Since joining Hosts Global, Elaine has become a trusted resource and respected leader known for her institutional knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues. Her collaborative approach and dedication to continuous improvement have helped strengthen operational processes and support the company’s growth across its global network.

As Vice President of Business Intelligence, Elaine leads initiatives focused on data strategy, operational insights, business performance, and organizational intelligence. She works closely with teams across the organization to transform information into actionable insights that support decision-making, drive efficiency, and position Hosts Global for continued success.
