Event Experience you will never forget: At The Knot, we partnered with the largest luxury wedding conference and hosted a large conference event in Grand Cayman. We had several events throughout the week from educational sessions, pool parties, a large gala, to swimming with the stingrays in Stingray City. It was an unbelievable event with so many different moving pieces and so much fun to be able to host in such a beautiful location!
The one Chicago secret you are willing to share: There’s a French bistro in Lincoln Park that has been around since the 90s called Mon Ami Gabi. I’ve been going since I was just a kid with my parents when we would come to Chicago for vacation. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is even better. It’s right on the park, and there is nothing better than sitting on their beautiful patio and enjoying a glass of wine in the summer.
Ellyse began her career in events in 2013 with The Knot planning a wide range of events all over the country, from galas, influencer events, sales meetings, educational events and conferences to trade shows. She had extensive experience both on the B2B and B2C sides of the industry. Ellyse loves all things design and being able to create immersive experiences from beginning to end!
