Kurt is a global events expert and trailblazer in the loyalty industry with over 40 years of experience in the motivation of employees, business partners and consumers for some of the most notable brands in the world. Currently serving as Vice Chair of Hosts Global, Kurt’s career spans transformative leadership roles across the events and loyalty industries — from President of the Americas and Global Chief Commercial Officer for Aimia, to President of Channel and Employee Loyalty at Aimia (formerly Carlson Marketing Group), to CEO of Hosts Global, where he built a top performing team of destination management and events professionals creating business events that are meaningful, memorable and motivational. A dedicated steward of the industry, Kurt has served as the SITE Global Foundation President for two terms and has been a member of numerous industry boards throughout his career.
