Hosts Global Alliance (HGA) is onsite at the 2015 IMEX America Tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada. The IMEX America Tradeshow is an annual worldwide exhibition of incentive travel, meetings, and events, and it is being held this year at the newly renovated Sands Expo Center from October 13-15, 2015.
Meetings planners are encouraged to stop at the Hosts Global Alliance booth (#1220) to meet with the top global event destinations in one location. The HGA Global Sales Team and HGA DMC members from around the world will be displaying their H Factor and meeting one on one with planners to discuss upcoming events and give valuable destination information.
With full dairies for members and Sales Team, the HGA booth will be filled to the brim with clients and meeting planners looking to gain assistance with international and domestic event planning. Along with individual diary appointments, the open book presentations being offered to IMEX attendees were filled in record time. Those presentations will be taking place according to the following schedule:
Tuesday, October 13 – 3:00 pm

Thursday, October 15 – 10:30 am

This year the HGA Exclusive Customer Event at TAO Nightclub is expected to attract the top meeting professionals in the industry. The initiation only event will take place at TAO Nightclub on October 13th and has been recognized as a ‘not to miss’ IMEX America event. Clients who have RSVP’d for this exclusive, sold out event are encouraged to collect their event credentials at the HGA booth (#1220) during exhibiting hours on October 13th. Credentials are sponsored by Totally Mod and are required for entry into the event.
HGA is also proud to be the booth host for the annual ADME International Members Reception that will take place during IMEX America. This Members Reception will be held at the HGA booth (#1220) on Wednesday, October 14th from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm. All DMCs and ADME International members are invited to attend this reception.
