The one Baltimore secret I’m willing to share… The Papermoon Diner offers an eccentric, eclectic, technicolor dining experience that might be best described as “comfort food meets Baltimore with a twist.”  It’s a Baltimore favorite due to its dazzling collection of kitsch, including thousands of unique Pez candy dispensers that line the walls,  and dolls and carousel horses hanging from above. The eclectic temple of pop culture paraphernalia is worth a visit just for the photo-op. The food is pretty darn good too.
