Hosts Global (Hosts), announced the rollout of their member-driven increase in standards for Destination Management Companies (DMCs) within Hosts’ global alliance. The additional standards push Hosts’ already thorough qualifications up a level, an intentional move to showcase the significant quality of membership and to ensure consistent delivery of best in class destination management services worldwide.

In addition to these increased standards, Hosts Global has also developed an Ethics Board to preserve the trust and accountability of membership. MacKay noted, “The anonymity of our ethics board will ensure transparency of our actions and an additional layer, beyond standards, for ethical business practices from our global alliance.”
