Hosts Global Launches Customizable, Client-Focused Reward and Recognition Program


Hosts Global (Hosts) announced the launch of their Loyalty Your Way customer reward and recognition program on opening day of IMEX America. This program steps outside of the industry norm of widely recognizing loyalty through points accrued or rebates earned. Instead, Hosts examines their client’s business needs or organizational initiatives and collaborates to deliver individually tailored programs, which will go into effect January 2019, to deliver greater value to their clients.

“Our decades in this business have taught us that each of our clients have unique business goals and therefore value rewards differently,” said Marty MacKay, DMCP, president of Hosts Global’s alliance of Destination Management Companies (DMCs). “Our new program is not one size fits all. It aims to deliver more meaningful recognition by tailoring rewards that matter to our partners.”

Hosts global sales team will begin designing rewards programs for qualified business by bringing vetted solutions to the table. “One of the benefits of working with Hosts is having dedicated global account management no matter the location of a client’s meeting or event,” said Gabrielle Spanton, executive vice president of business development. “This consistency allows our team to track what matters most to our clients and prepare rewards program options for them to evaluate.” Hosts client rewards vary from complimentary services to rebates, charitable giving to education and training – a number of options for partners to evaluate and determine what they find most valuable.
