Vice President of Sales (East Coast)
Around the office you’re know for:
Being one of the newest members on the team…but once you get to know me, I’m the girl who goes to a restaurant and asks the server for their suggestion between two very different dishes and inevitably chooses the alternative. “I know, I don’t get it either”.
Meeting or event experience you’ll never forget:
Attending a joint concert with the Richmond Symphony and The Dave Mathews Band. It was like experiencing two different worlds colliding: the buttoned-up symphony crowd that was seated and proper and the free spirted Dave Mathews enthusiasts that were standing and dancing in the aisles. Halfway thru the concert all joined as one group celebrating great music and experiencing a moment that was frozen in memories for years to come. Those are the moments you love and the types of events that Hosts specializes in.
The one DC secret I’m willing to share:
Have you ever visited Washington, DC on a school trip when you were younger and left feeling so important? Well, no matter when you go, there is one spot in DC where you cannot help but take a deep breath, marvel at the view, and feel an even greater sense of self – the nation’s first residence, better known as the White House. In the moment you pass, political beliefs aside, you realize that you really are in the center of things, and the sense of power is almost palpable. What solidifies that feeling is when you then look opposite the White House and take in a view of the Washington Monument, a structure that was commissioned to be built when President George Washington was still in office. It is then and there that you understand you are revisiting our countries long and storied history from inception to present all in one spot. Powerful!
